Rage

Kat Castro

Synopsis

Rage is a short film that portrays the stages of the accumulation of anger through movement and audio. With a society that has grown us into a habit of disregarding our emotions, I wanted to take this as a personal journey to look inwards and recognize my own. Rage for me simmered in 5 steps: 1) Acknowledgement; 2) Tip of the Iceberg; 3) Explosion; 4) The Edge; 5) Exhaust. Recognizing the autonomy we have with our own inner-world has its own beauty and can be quite empowering.
